Leevi Oramo

Director

Leevi Oramo is a film director, screenwriter, and film editor based in Helsinki, Finland, where he hones his skills in hopes to one day master the craft of cinema. Leevi grew up in a musical household, the son of a conductor and an opera singer. Music has consequently become the most valuable tool in Levi’s Storytelling Shed. In his past-time, Leevi hangs out with his friends, studies them, sometimes captures their dreams or nightmares on film. Leevi’s short films range from a geopolitical thriller documentary to a low-budget sci-fi horror with a surrealist touch. Now, with friends made along the way from film school, and numerous award wins and laurels from all over the world, Leevi is a member of the Kino Light family, always working on the next film, and doing work alongside.
